Featuring an infrared sauna and cold plunge, this private room allows each guest to utilize the amenities at your leisure in whatever way is best suited for you.  Spend all of your time in the sauna, go back and forth between the hot and cold, or simply sit in your cozy robe and enjoy a quiet reset.
